I can say without question that this experiment is working. It is easier to get started, the procrastination/anxiety is reduced, probably because I don't have to answer that sneaky question lurking in the back of my mind: "is this what I should be doing?"
I've already answered it "yes" by making the commitment.
I've also found that this daily practice makes it easier to maintain focus in the work, follow the thought threads, dive a little deeper, and refine the process of the craft itself.
