More walks lately,
all kinds,
alone,
with dogs,
with people,
in the garden,
in the woods,
and out.

A walk outdoors is my favorite medicine
love the river guardian ... such an ancient being
it seemed very content to listen to the water
let me tell you a secret. i suffered from incurable jealousy looking at the nature photos some of you posted. ever since we moved i feel much better. even documentaries from ireland do not make me jealous (＾∇＾)
it makes all the difference to have nature in our lives
