My free time this evening got eaten up with a run
(2 weeks until my first ever 5K!!)
and a small dye job for a customer.
I did find time to gather these today. Not sure what this plant is called, it blooms at this time of year, little white dots of flowers. These are the discarded seed pods from last year's blooms. Very little color to them just brown and gray but the delicate little pod shapes caught my eye and home they came...

dont know what 5K is and defenitly dont know what plant it is but it has lovely seedpots.

I can't quite claim to LOVE running but I'm sticking with it and I do love what it does for my body
