Its been a long week of 90 degree weather, high humidity, preparation for a trade show at work, and trying to maintain my sporadic exercise program. All without the benefit of AC at work or at home. Today all my grand plans for weekend productivity languished. The sum total of my creativity was a mozzarella salad...
Pretty yummy though.

now personally, i hate to cook - even a salad - but i have friends and family members whose creativity flourishes in the kitchen. (lucky me!)
For the most part my husband is the cook around here (he likes to eat dinner and he knows if I'm in charge most nights its gonna be cereal) lucky me too! but I chip in every so often, I like making funky salads and I can cook up a mean grilled cheese!
